Hanadjias Homes is seeking a creative and detail-focused Architectural Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of modern residential projects that combine functionality, aesthetics, and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- University degree in Architecture
- Registered member of ETEK
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Very good knowledge of 3D design software
- Excellent command of Greek and English
- Strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Pleasant personality
Qualifications & Skills
- Prepare architectural drawings for permit applications
- Create and present both interior and exterior architectural designs
- Develop 3D architectural models and visualizations
- Prepare the required architectural and construction drawings
- Supervise and monitor construction sites
